Every Saturday at 12:00 (CET), Valerie will be sharing her training session with you. Each month, she will alternate the three training programs described in the schedule below. Book your session and we will send you the Zoom link to join us. For individual coaching, send her an email.

Body Tuning

Starting in December - Every Saturday at 12:00 (CET)

This workout involves a variety of floor exercises activating different muscle chains in your body. It also combines various lengthening and torsions to maintain your flexibility and restore your energy between sets.

Requirements: Yoga mat

Muscle Toning

Starting in January - Every Saturday at 12:00 (CET)

This resistance training will help you build stronger muscle tone. With the use of the elastic band, we target specific muscles of your upper body while also building strength in your legs and buttocks. 

Requirements: Resistance band

Stabilizer Power

Starting in February - Every Saturday at 12:00 (CET)

This fun training program is specially designed to improve your proprioceptionand reduce muscle imbalances. We are using the Swiss-ball to engage your stabilizer muscles, leading your body to naturally center itself.
