About Valérie

With over 25 years of experience as a circus artist and coach in various training practices,  Valerie has developed a deep understanding of corporel movement,  mind-body function, and overall well-being. She began her career as a gymnast and since 2005 as a performing artist. Aerialist and Cyr Wheel pioneer, Valerie has garnered several of the highest international awards in the field of circus arts.

Throughout her extensive career, she has explored various training practices to keep her mind focused and her being strong and healthy. She has been fascinated by the possibilities of aerial yoga and has found great interest in its restorative form.  A particular aspect of aerial yoga is the experience of fun, curiosity and creativity in the process of learning new skills. This is the energetic core of physical activity, a concept that is integral to Valerie's teaching.
